butter

of unsweetened baking chocolate
chopped

sugar

large eggs

teaspoon
vanilla extract

all purpose flour

salt
1/2
cup
strawberry or raspberry jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prep a 8" square pan with grease/cooking spray or line with aluminum foil and spritz with cooking oil (overhang edges)
Cut butter into a medium sized microwave safe bowl. Add chopped chocolate.
Microwave for 30 seconds, stir. Repeat until melted, smooth & combined. Should take 90 seconds total microwave time.
In a large bowl or mixer, combine sugar, eggs and vanilla extract and beat until thoroughly mixed.
Add melted chocolate & butter. Beat until thoroughly mixed.
Add in salt and flour. Beat until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
In a small bowl, stir jam until smooth. Drop jam evenly over batter - 3 rows of 3. Swirl jam thru brownies using knife.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
